Rapper M.anifest has confirmed that his much-teased collaboration with Black Sherif, titled “Road Rage”, will be released on Thursday, 29 October 2026. The award-winning lyricist broke the news on X on Sunday, 25 October, just a day after celebrating ten years of his album Nowhere Cool with a live concert at the Accra Polo Club.
“After a nostalgic dance with the past last night it’s only right we march into the future with a banger,” he wrote, sharing the official artwork and a pre-save link for the record.

Fans at the concert were the first to hear it. According to GBC, M.anifest gave the crowd a preview of the song during Saturday night’s show, which also featured appearances from Worlasi, Samini, Kwabena Kwabena, Ko-Jo Cue and Cina Soul. GhanaWeb described the evening as a nostalgic ride through the album’s classics, from “Hand Dey Go, Hand Dey Come” to “Palm Wine and Whisky”. On Tuesday morning, the rapper shared footage of the moment on X, writing: “This is how we unveiled ROAD RAGE 🚘 with Blacko at #NowhereCool10.”
He has kept the buzz going since. On Monday, he posted a few lines from the song: “See the signs / The subtle ways of a sage / So much drive, the wheels need to re-align.” In another post, he called the track “cold”. By Tuesday morning, the original announcement had passed 66,000 views and 1,100 likes on X.
The pairing brings together two generations of Ghanaian rap. M.anifest, born Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, released Nowhere Cool in 2016, and Citi Newsroom reported that he planned to perform all 14 of its tracks at the anniversary show. Black Sherif, meanwhile, has had a big year. He was named Artiste of the Year at the 2026 Ghana Music Awards in May, and his album Iron Boy won Album of the Year, BBC News Pidgin reported.
Early reactions online suggest fans are ready. One fan wrote on X: “That first intro from Black Sherif dey give me joy”, a post M.anifest later reposted. The song is available to pre-save now via manifest.lnk.to/MBSRR.
