Chipmunk & Sarkodie The Azonto dance, the biggest phenomenon in Ghana in 2011, continues to buzz across the country and across the globe via the World Wide Web. With an entry into Wikipedia and millions of views on YouTube, the craze is spreading like wild fire.

Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie recently gave the dance a high profile in the UK when he visited for a concert and several studio appearances including an interview with Tim Westwood on BBC 1 Xtra, and recording with UK sensation Chipmunk. In between the appearances, Sarkodie got to teach Ghana’s preferred dance of the moment to top British acts like Chipmunk and Wretch 32.
