Cstrapz debut finally on the way

It’s not an everyday story that a young rapper climbs to fame with only one shot, especially when it has to do with a female in the Ghanaian music industry. Cstrapz has shown what it takes to be a star through her very first released song “Wongele” to Ghanamotion.com.

Are you ready for Cstrapz who just released her new song and video titled “Wongele” which is readying her a good place in the Ghanaian music industry.

She found solace in pretending to be a music star on stage whiles the audience grooved along to her songs. The first to notice her was her mother who then took her to studio and let her experience how it felt like to record a song. With the encouragement of her mother, she knew where she was going.

After some ambitious maneuvering to get her music heard on radio stations and over the internet, Cstrapz says her new album will make her yet to b fans see the other side of Cstrapz and they should also expect a lot of ‘dope’ songs from her.

She delivers that ‘swagger’ in her songs. “I would say that Cstrapz is one of the hottest up and coming female rappers in GH and believe me, soon you’re gonna hear about Cstrapz everywhere you go!, she said.

Jumping onto the airwaves at 16 years, Cstrapz exploded with happiness when DJ Rampage of XFM called her to tune into XFM. “He didn’t say why, he was just laughing and then he hung up. So, I went to the internet and put XFM, and that’s when I heard my song Wongele on the radio for the first time. I was screaming, jumping and just couldn’t believe that my song was playing on air”, she continued.

Cstrapz mostly ‘bumps’ to Sarkodie, Wizkid, Wande Coal, P Square, R2bees, Jeremiah, Day 26, Tinie Tempah, Keri Hilson and Chris Brown on her iPod.

Her “Wongele” song is an unmistakable tune that will guarantee a long term notice. Not only is the song vibe ear-catching, the video is also a head turner after peaking some good hits on YouTube.

With one chart breaking single in her pocket, Cstrapz has more to offer with her yet to be released album in March 2011. With this speed, it looks like Cstrapz won’t have any trouble fetching loyal fans for the next few years.
