Gyakie’s official YouTube channel has passed 300 million lifetime views. The Ghanaian singer celebrated the milestone in a post on X on Saturday, 7 November, writing “300M! Gyakie Chans are active ww”, after Unorthodox Reviews flagged the mark earlier in the day.
Public YouTube tracking backs the claim. ChartMasters lists Gyakie’s channel at about 305.1 million total views, and vidIQ’s public channel stats put the same total at 305,068,562 views with about 934,000 subscribers as of 6 November. Those figures cover her official Gyakie Music channel rather than individual video counts alone, and they place her among the most-watched Ghanaian music channels on the platform.
The crossing of the 300-million mark sits alongside a busy run for the “Forever” hitmaker. She recently opened the waitlist for Gyakie Live, her December return at Ghud Park after a hiatus, and continues to release new music under her Warner Music era, including the single “Your Body (Crazy)”. ChartMasters’ Ghana overview also ranks her among the country’s most-streamed artists on Spotify, with more than two million monthly listeners in recent tallies.
Gyakie, born Jackline Acheampong, has become one of Ghana’s most internationally visible female acts, with a catalogue that mixes Afrobeats, R&B and highlife. From the global breakout of “Forever” to later collaborations and her After Midnight chapter, her YouTube numbers reflect a fan base that keeps returning to both the hits and the newer visuals.
The milestone arrives as she prepares to reconnect with home audiences on stage next month, giving Ghanaian fans another reason to revisit the catalogue that built those 300 million views in the first place.
