Gyakie is bringing her own headline show back to Accra. “Gyakie Live” is set for Saturday, 12 December 2026 at Ghud Park, Accra Mall, the singer confirmed on the GTV Breakfast Show, as reported by GBC and later carried by Daily Post Ghana.
“Gyakie Live will happen on the 12th of December at the Ghud Park,” she said during the interview. The date marks her return to staging her own headline concert after “Party Live with Gyakie” at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel on 16 December 2022, which coincided with her birthday.
Her official event site, live.gyakie.com, brands the night as “The New Dawn” and is collecting email and phone details so fans can receive ticket, set-time and entry updates ahead of a wider release. Ticket prices, start time and supporting acts have not yet been announced in the coverage so far.
Reports say Gyakie stepped back from the stage to focus on new music, including her anticipated album Midnight, and sees the December show as a chance to reconnect with fans and thank them for their support. She told GTV that fans keep her making music, adding that she loves entertainment and giving people a show. Daily Post also notes that new material is expected to feature as preparations continue.
Known for songs including “Forever”, Gyakie has built a catalogue that sits between Afro-fusion, highlife colour and contemporary R&B. A full headline night at Ghud Park gives her room to stage that range with a live band, something fans have not had from her own branded show since 2022.
The booking adds another major December date at Ghud Park, where KiDi’s Crazy World concert is also scheduled for 4 December. For Gyakie fans who have waited through her studio stretch, 12 December is the first clear date on the calendar for a full headline night of her own.
