He released his debut album, MATEGYA in 2004 at the age of 16, as KOO THE BOY. The Album featured the hit single “YELLOW SISI”,”MATEGYA”and “EFFIE AKOKO”.

His first album was produced under the label Brain Cee Recordz which also handled artistes like Okomfoo Kwaadee, D- Lawal, Mr Oduro and Osrane (now known as Akhan of Ruff n Smooth fame). He was touted as Okomfoo Kwaadee’s replica when he released his first album.

His Second Album is titled ’2nd Round’ and its released date is yet to be announced. Songs on the ’2nd Round’ album are currently enjoying massive airplay with hit singles like ” One I Love”, “Oh Maame” and the breakthrough third single titled “U Don Taba Me” produced by Killbeatz. SunShyn has collaborated with top musicians like K.K.Fosu, Stone(Bradez), Akhan(Ruff N Smooth), Nhyiraba Kojo, Reggie Zippy, D-Flex, Kofi Nti, Young Rich and a host of them.

His vision is to be the best musician in his country and across the whole world. His talent scope includes Rapping, Singing, beat making and modern Graphic designing. With lots of citation to his credit, the future is obviously bright for this talented artist.
